If not completely satisfied, all items may be returned within 30 days. Items returned within 30 days can be exchanged or refunded for the full amount of the merchandise excluding shipping. After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within 48 hours. We will email you a confirmation that the return was processed.
How to return a product
1. If you think an item you ordered might be defective, please speak to one of our support specialists first. They will help you solve setup and installation problems by troubleshooting with you by email/chat or by sending you free replacement parts or exchange the product at no cost to you for 1 year from your purchase date.
2. If troubleshooting your product issue with our support specialists fails, you will be provided with an RMA number that will allow you to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days from your purchase date. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.
3. You will be responsible for properly packing, shipping, and insuring the returned item. We will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
4. Write down your RMA number on all four sides of the shipping box.
6. All returns must be received in original sellable condition including instructions and accessories.
7. Any pre-filled item not received in original sellable condition that is missing a quarter or more of ink, leaking inside the box, missing accessories, parts, or is damaged, modified, tampered, misused in any way may not be returned.
8. Any empty non-prefilled item not received in original sellable condition that has left over ink residue staining the tank, cartridges, or tubing may no longer be returned.
9. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed within 5 days of delivery.
